Projects

We have completed Expert Witness projects and acted as advisors, project managers or investors, in the UK & Europe, the USA & Canada, South America, the Middle East and Asia.

​

These projects cover a number of sectors, including Medical & Biological, Chemicals & Plastics, Manufacturing & Industrial and Engineering.

Some projects have been largely financial in nature (investments, acquisitions, disposals, financial restructurings) some have been operational (turnarounds) and some have been large capital expenditures (new factory projects).

Our role has been from carrying out feasibility studies (technical, commercial, financial) through to complete project management. Project sizes are generally $2 million to $50 million but have been smaller and larger and tend to be industrial in nature.
